Vancouver and North Shore Public Libraries
The main branch of the Vancouver Public Library has three visitor computer stations where you can access the Internet. Each visitor can access the web for two half hour sessions each day. Branch libraries also offer visitor Internet access. Please check with each branch for its Internet use policy. The North Shore Public Libraries, four in North Vancouver and one in West Vancouver, also have public Internet access. Please contact each branch for more specific information:

Several local Internet cafes offer Internet access. You can call or check out available websites for hours and prices.
Internet Payphones
Vancouver International airport has 22 "eMillennium" Internet access phones located in the domestic and international terminals. The eMillennium, at 35 cents a minute, offers high-speed Internet and e-mail access using a small keyboard, mouse and a 6.5" screen.
