Vancouver Fish and Chips

You'll find a slew of excellent fish and chip places in Vancouver and on the North Shore. Not only are we awash in fish, but we're awash in transplanted Brits who wanted to bring a bit of the old country with them.

If you happen to find yourself in Horseshoe Bay, perhaps catching a ferry or getting off one, visit Trolls Fish and Chip take out a block from the ferry terminal.

Be sure to check out the concession stands in Stanley Park and other Vancouver and North Shore Parks. Most of them sell fish and chips.

The best fish and chips are located at the Dollarton Crab Shop (used to be called the Crab Shack) on Dollarton Highway in North Vancouver. This place has been around forever, but it recently moved a bit closer to town and into a brand new building.
