The most remarkable is Architectural Antiques at 2403 Main Street, 604-872-3131. It specializes in architectural and decorative antiques, period furniture and antique lighting. It also carries antique hardware, reproduction lighting and things you won't find anywhere else. Recently, for example, they had a large collection of antique phonographs.
