Vancouver, for obvious reasons, has just fantastic seafood. If you like fish at all, be sure to have some while you’re here. Try salmon if you get a chance, since there are many places in the world where you will never see the kind of salmon that is fresh and abundant in Vancouver.
The halibut is excellent as well. So is every other kind of fish that lives in these waters. Try spot prawns, arctic char or dungeness crab if you find them in a market or on a menu.
