This is a great package if you want to travel between Vancouver and Calgary but want to experience the Canadian Rockies along the way.
You get a two day train trip from Vancouver to Banff, our most popular route and two nights in Banff with a tour to Lake Louise and a transfer to the Calgary airport. In other words, if you don’t have much time, this package gives you excellent value and makes the most of your time.
We think it would be a shame to visit Banff but miss Lake Louise since Lake Louise is only 35 miles from Banff. We also think your time is better spent spending two nights in Banff rather than one night in Banff and one night in Calgary since Banff is more scenic than Calgary and it’s nice to stay put for a couple of nights rather than moving from hotel to hotel each day.
