Vancouver RV Parks & Campgrounds

There is only one RV Park in Vancouver. Actually it's in North Vancouver, at the north end of the Lions Gate Bridge. It's popular, especially in summer, so make reservations as soon as you know when you want to stay.

Campgrounds

The closest campground to Vancouver, Porteau Cove, is 38 km north of the city on Highway 99, the road to Whistler. It's a beachside campground, right on Howe Sound and also just next to the train tracks. Porteau Cove is a popular diving destination where a ship has been sunk in Howe Sound to attract divers and marine life.

The campground is open year round and is very popular during the summer. It is, therefore, a good idea to make reservations as soon as you know when you want to stay.
