Deposit:
When your reservation is made, your credit card is charged $250 per person deposit for two day train packages and a $350 per person deposit for all other packages.
Sixty days before you travel, the final payment will be charged to your credit card, and your travel documents will be sent to you.
If you book your trip less than 60 days before you travel, the total package price is payable at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
61 or more days prior to departure 50% of deposit non-refundable
46 to 60 days prior to departure 100% of deposit non-refundable
0 to 45 days prior to departure 100% non-refundable
Trip Insurance:
Travel insurance, including trip cancellation insurance is advised and is available at 7% of the total price of your train package. Get a copy of our Insurance Brochure. Benefits are summarized on pages 4 & 5.
